'I want to be the greatest ever Nigerian artiste ' - says Kizz Daniel

Popular Nigerian artiste Kizz Daniel has revealed several details about his musical career. According to him, he does not necessarily want to be the biggest artist there is, he wants to be the greatest.

The Yeba crooner recently made this revelation in an interview with Vibe Magazine. For him, being a big singer was a temporary achievement and this did not compare with being the greatest artist.

His exact words were: "I just want to be the greatest artiste ever liveth. I don’t really care about who the biggest is. It is just a temporary thing."

Kizz Daniel who recently did a collabo with Kranium for a feature on Major Lazer’s song titled Loyal also said some other salient things.

Read his words below:

“I’m beginning to feel more and more like a father. I’m glad I have Demmie Vee on board. He’s an amazing talent. I’m actually very excited about this particular artiste because I know he’s got what it takes to become the next big thing in the industry.

“It takes a whole lot of time and energy to be an artist and a CEO at the same time. You have to think about yourself, you have to think about your artiste and you always have to put your artist first.

“You want to put the artiste in a very good place so that at the end of the day, he can look back and say, Kizz Daniel, did well with me so whenever he is all by himself and he thinks about it, he’ll remember that “this dude actually came through for me”. That’s what I’m doing right now and I really enjoy it.”

Even more, the Nigerian artiste revealed that he is working on a movie which talks about his life: “I’m writing a movie presently. It’s going to be about my life.”

The singer whose real name is Daniel Anidugbe is making some big strides after he changed his stage name and left G-Worldwide Entertainment to set up his Flyboy Inc record label.
